YOP Week #44

I hope I got the week # correct! LOL!  I always get it messed up near the end of the year.
Becki, I found this image you created and I love it so I thought I would switch it up a bit.  Thank you!  You always create such pretty ones.
I have a finish this week!  Yay!  My Miss Marple scarf which I highly recommend!  This has to be one of the most enjoyable if not the most enjoyable project I have ever knitted!  I will be making more of these....
I tried trying it on and taking a picture in the mirror but that didn't work out too well.  It fits great though and I love it and it is sure to keep my neck warm next winter.   I also loved the yarn which was a worsted yarn in a variegated colorway which I will note in my Ravelry project notes when I do them.  It was from Hobby Lobby and is acrylic but so soft and I loved the way the color changed.  Now, what's next?  It's time to start the July birthday presents so you'll have to wait until next week to find out!

I did 3 more squares of the Victorian blanket...........(my current crochet project) which was a past WIP.......

I also worked a bit on my COVID cross stitch.............

and that was it for this week.  I did spend more time on prepping for Stitch Maynia and I have orders in but it was difficult getting floss as everywhere was running out...at least of the colors I needed.  Plus, with the pandemic, shipping is slow as they don't have full staffs and are trying to do social distancing and staggering of shifts with their employees.  So, Stitch Maynia may get off to a slow start this year.  That's okay, I'm sure I have some that I can start.  It starts this coming Friday on May 1st so be sure and stop by every day in May to see what I'm starting!  If the supplies don't show up I will at least show you a picture of it.
I hope you are all staying safe, well and happy and that you have plenty of toilet paper!  I was able to get 4 rolls on my last Walmart order so the hoarders have stopped hoarding hopefully!
Happy Trails!!!

    1. Too funny that last week you convinced me I was wrong on the week number so I changed it and now you admit you had it wrong....oh what a tangled web we weave! LOL! I wondered where I got the Victorian Lattice pattern from....it was you? I love those squares and no changing colors. You stay well too!

  2. It's hard to believe May starts on Friday. March and April have been such a blur. And yet, so monumental! I do love the yarn you used for Miss Marple. I'm looking forward to Hobby Lobby opening up again as I'm itching to try some new yarn. That and I just want to be able to walk into a store and buy some simple crafting supplies... Thank you for the mention regarding the graphic, Sam. It's hard to believe it's almost time to start making new ones for a new YOP year. HaPPY WEek Sam!

    1. I know, I was just getting ready to get gardening stuff at Lowes and supplies as I only go there about every 6 months but now it's all online ordering but thank goodness for that! I'm really glad there is Stitch Maynia and then YOP as it is something to look forward too besides the sad news every day.You have a happy week also....it does no one any good to moon about....just prayers. 5. I’ll have to check Ravelry to see how Miss Marple is worn as it is such an interesting shape and hard to tell how big it is, but you sound very happy with it and sounds like it’s going to keep you warm. I can’t believe it’s time for stitchmania again, that’s come round fast. (From my counting and blog titles it was week 43, which puts us in line with week 52 at the last Sunday in June which seems right?).

    1. Thank you! I changed it because of Marsha and then she admitted she was wrong! LOL! I guess I shouldn't doubt myself like that. I;m sorry I didn't demonstrate the Miss Marple very well. There is a pocket that you slide the ends through so it stays around your neck.

  8. I was a HIV-AIDS patient and I got it from cheating on my wife. It was sort of a payback but a week later I was told by a friend that the person who I cheated with had the HIV-AIDS virus and did not tell me. I was so stupid by not using a condom I thought since he was an old school friend he was trustworthy. But I was wrong. I cried and cried. Two days later, I got a phone call from my friend and he told me about a person who is known by another friend, who can help me. I could not let my wife know what I was going through. I finally got his email address: oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com and I emailed this man my story and he replied me immediately saying i should be calm and told me that everything will be OK. I could not come to terms with what I was hearing but then I concluded it did not matter because I was so broken I just needed help. I was going out of my mind literally. I was confused with what he was telling me, but I listened. He told me about some materials i need to buy that he needed to cast the spell and I said OK. I bought the materials to him, I sent down my picture to him and my positive result sheet and he replied me that i am going to be negative under 3days. I message Him every 2hours for 2day and I knew he thought that I was crazy but I did care I needed a shoulder. Behold, the third day he messaged me i should go for a test that i will be negative. My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it. I was given a second chance in life. This man is a great spiritual HIV/AIDS healer, his healing spell on aids healing is very powerful .please brothers and sister, contact Dr Ose oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com
