Nice Monday.......

I don't know what's up with me but I have been wanting fish lately!  I fixed that Tilapia and then I've had more than my share of tuna salad and then salmon patties!  My body must need something in those fish.  I take Omega 3 so not sure what it could be.
Today I vacuum sealed the meat I bought the other day.  My vacuum sealer is one of the best purchases I've ever made for keeping food fresh and free from freezer burn.
I vacuum sealed chicken breasts, Italian sausage and 2 packages of bratwurst.
I also unwrapped the 2 packages I got from Walmart the other day.  I let them sit for at least 24 hours.
The only problem with delivery is that it seems you have to buy more but there is more to choose from too.  I got 4 packages of the fusilli and 2 packages of flour and yet on the pick-up,
you are limited to only 2 of some things which is fine as it leaves some for others. I'm restocking my pantry now.
I did manage to crochet another lattice square and start another...I think I'm picking up speed!  I'm hoping to get at least 5 done this week.
I got a letter written finally and got the garbages emptied and out for garbage day tomorrow.  I placed another grocery order as I forgot quite a few things last week.  I ordered today and can pick up tomorrow!  Sweet!  I wanted to get my grub killer spread and take a walk but I have been going for almost 12 hours now so I think it's time to call it a day!  I got up at 4:00 this morning.
I hope you are all well and having a good start to your week!
Happy Trails!!!

  1. I agree, the food saver is a must, especially right now. When meats are on sale we buy a good sized quantity and vacuum seal. Wonder why your craving fish. Although, it is very good for you.

  2. I wish I had gotten on a food saver but I just wrap things very tightly. I did another grocery pick-up order and was shocked when I was able to get a time for Wednesday at the store closest to our house. Last time I had to drive all the way across town. Some items are still not available so I may have to actually go to another store too. And go inside. I haven't been inside a store in almost 2 months!
Tuna salad sounds really good. Maybe I'll make that for lunch tomorrow.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

    1. Be careful! Did you check to see if you can go in early during "elderly" hours? Although you're not really elderly like I am. LOL!

  3. I have always wanted one of those food savers...now I use that wrap and seal stuff and it works quite well. What kind of yarn are you using on your lattice squares? They are very pretty!

Yes I have a sister, I was 16 when she was born. She just recently moved back here from Pennsylvania. :)

    1. I am using Stylecraft DK yarn which I order from Deramores in England but I think you can get it here now in the U.S. but not sure. I can get lots of nice yarn there and it really doesn't cost much more plus they are fast at shipping although I haven't ordered any since the pandemic.
I always wanted a sister or a brother or anything! I guess I was handful so they decided not to have anymore! LOL! Lucky you! I hope she does crafts!

  4. You do such a good job of providing a well-balanced diet for yourself! If I were alone, I fear I'd live on potato chips and ice cream. And probably have an early demise because of it! Keep up the good work.

    1. Did you not see the potato chips on my plate? LOL! I LOVE ice cream and I would have an early demise if I bought it....mostly it's the cholesterol part but I found a wonderful dairy free ice cream that is really good...I think it is SOHO and it's their cashew caramel cluster....oh baby, oh baby! It's at Walmart but it is dairy free NOT calorie free. LOL!

  5. I have to keep a list of grocery needs or I too forget. I go in now, because it's so limited, I can then choose what I can buy vs. a substition.

  6. I was a HIV-AIDS patient and I got it from cheating on my wife. It was sort of a payback but a week later I was told by a friend that the person who I cheated with had the HIV-AIDS virus and did not tell me. I was so stupid by not using a condom I thought since he was an old school friend he was trustworthy. But I was wrong. I cried and cried. Two days later, I got a phone call from my friend and he told me about a person who is known by another friend, who can help me. I could not let my wife know what I was going through. I finally got his email address: oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com and I emailed this man my story and he replied me immediately saying i should be calm and told me that everything will be OK. I could not come to terms with what I was hearing but then I concluded it did not matter because I was so broken I just needed help. I was going out of my mind literally. I was confused with what he was telling me, but I listened. He told me about some materials i need to buy that he needed to cast the spell and I said OK. I bought the materials to him, I sent down my picture to him and my positive result sheet and he replied me that i am going to be negative under 3days. I message Him every 2hours for 2day and I knew he thought that I was crazy but I did care I needed a shoulder. Behold, the third day he messaged me i should go for a test that i will be negative. My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it. I was given a second chance in life. This man is a great spiritual HIV/AIDS healer, his healing spell on aids healing is very powerful .please brothers and sister, contact Dr Ose oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com
