I use my clothes as the determining factor as to how my weight fluctuates. When I exercise I loose inches but not necessarily weight. Keep up the walking. Tell the scales to be quiet lol. Look at how good your blood pressure is from all that walking. How nice to find a skein of yarn you didn't know you had. What will you make with it?

I love finding little surprises like yarn I didn't know I had! I weigh myself every morning... my scale isn't very nice either! But you keep up the good work because your BP is good and that's a good thing!

DeleteWhat a fun find in the skein of yarn. All of this hibernation hasn't helped my weight at all. Especially because I have spent more time baking and where I usually share my baking with neighbors, I don't think they would want it in the middle of a pandemic.

I tried sharing with neighbors before and it didn't work out very well....dieting, special food requirements...so I quit! I eat it all myself now so maybe that's the problem? LOL!
