Spring has sprung!!!

It has been raining since last night and there are flash flood warnings.  It stopped this afternoon so I snuck out with my camera and my rain slicker and got my walk in and took some pictures.  Spring is here.  I kid you not!  I also got pictures of the gushing streams........

These are just dry beds until it rains.............
If anyone wants to study moss they should come to the Ozarks.....all different kinds.  I think it's beautiful..........
These are just raindrops but they looked like a tree covered in diamonds............
and here is the spring that I told you about............

These are already leafed out and there is green everywhere!  The grass and of course the weeds!
Spring............coming soon to a neighborhood near you!
I got my battery container with the charger!  I haven't filled it yet but it seems very nice!  It is made to fit in a drawer or on a shelf but you can also mount it on the wall.

I crocheted another heart today and I have bread rising but that's about it.  Oh, this morning I got the valentines off to the grands and I also wrote a few letters to friends.

Here's your "tidbits" for today.............

I have never made French Onion soup but I would like to and especially in the crockpot! Here's the recipe

and now for a wee bit of humor............
Happy Trails!!!

  2. Hi Sam! Spring does look like it has sprung in your area. Buds already! We have had unusally warm weather for the past week or so and they just removed the snow from the forecast for the weekend. Instead it's supposed to be in the 40's for the next 10 days at least. That's CrAzY for February up here but I'll sure take it.
It must be french onion Wednesday. I posted a recipe for french onion chicken on my blog today.
I hope your Thursday is a great one my friend.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

    1. If it 's really bad it will go over that road but it didn't this time. After it crosses the road they're a big ravine and it goes into the lake.

  7. Great to see everything in bud. Would have liked to be a fy on the wall when that card arrived!!Have a great weekend, new friend. (I've finished knitting the baby cardi but I'm useless at sewing up, it might take me just as long to get it perfect as it was to knit it!).

  8. I can't wait to see the finished cardi....you are a very fine knitter! I just taught myself a few years back so I'm not sure I will live long enough to ever be really good. LOL!

  10. It's supposed to get down into the single digits tonight, but I do believe you... spring's going to get here at some point. I love the pictures of all the running water. And the moss! How pretty.

  11. Do you live in the Ozarks? We’ve been watching the TV show with Jason Bateman in that’s set there. It looks to be a pretty area. We get a lot of moss and lichens here from all the rain we get and they like clean air. You can dye fibre and yarn with lichens, you’d need to check what mordant (setting agent) you’d need. A lady at our spinning group uses Elderberry leaves, Eucalyptus leaves, lichens, walnuts, madder etc. Lots of colour variations possible.

  12. I was a HIV-AIDS patient and I got it from cheating on my wife. It was sort of a payback but a week later I was told by a friend that the person who I cheated with had the HIV-AIDS virus and did not tell me. I was so stupid by not using a condom I thought since he was an old school friend he was trustworthy. But I was wrong. I cried and cried. Two days later, I got a phone call from my friend and he told me about a person who is known by another friend, who can help me. I could not let my wife know what I was going through. I finally got his email address: oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com and I emailed this man my story and he replied me immediately saying i should be calm and told me that everything will be OK. I could not come to terms with what I was hearing but then I concluded it did not matter because I was so broken I just needed help. I was going out of my mind literally. I was confused with what he was telling me, but I listened. He told me about some materials i need to buy that he needed to cast the spell and I said OK. I bought the materials to him, I sent down my picture to him and my positive result sheet and he replied me that i am going to be negative under 3days. I message Him every 2hours for 2day and I knew he thought that I was crazy but I did care I needed a shoulder. Behold, the third day he messaged me i should go for a test that i will be negative. My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it. I was given a second chance in life. This man is a great spiritual HIV/AIDS healer, his healing spell on aids healing is very powerful .please brothers and sister, contact Dr Ose oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com
