Wednesday - Decorating!!!

I'm still working on the garage and daily chores, of course, but I did manage to do a little decorating for Fall!  Here's my front door..........
even a little fall decor outside.........
and in the garage..............
my pumpkin meltie warmer that I got from my grandson,Sam's, Yankee Candle school sale last year........
a fall triptych that I got years ago at an art sale.............
an apple pumpkin candle on a Pioneer Woman plate...........
and an old metal lamp with a plaid shade that I got at a garage sale years ago..........
here's the bigger picture................

Happy trails and happy decorating...for Fall!!!!

  2. What a pretty table Sam! I was going to say it's too hot here today to think about fall but then I read Marsha's comment! It's only 98 here so I feel I can't complain. Ha! Seriously, we've been breaking records for heat here for weeks. We're so far north, it never, ever stays this hot for more than a day or two and it's been weeks. Fall would be most welcome, but I'm afraid we're going to go right into winter as the leaves are already falling, yes, in almost 100 degree heat! Geese are flying south too.
Well, I did enjoy your beautiful decorating today though. Being in the AC almost makes me think it's fall and I feel guilty even thinking of complaining when I see what the people in the south are going through.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

    1. I know what you mean....as some of the flood victims said..."it could always be worse"! Wow! You're even hotter than us....it was 84 yesterday but I was sweating out in that garage!

  3. Beautiful. I was just looking at stuff at the store the other day, and wondered what I already had to decorate with. It looks wonderful!

    1. Thanks Katrina! It's stuff I've had for years but I did notice lots of really cute Fall decorations at the Dollar Tree....and only a $1 each if you need some.

  4. Your decorations are so nice Sam :) I love them! Very Hygge! :)))
I see you in the mirror! :)) Peek-a-boo! Ha ha...it's pretty much fall here too. I don't really decorate too much for the seasons, but it's something I'd like to do when I have the chance. I just don't feel it here in the rental, but when I have my own place...it'll definitely be decorated seasonally all year round!

  5. Thank you, Rain! I never used to decorate for anything but Christmas but now? I find it enjoyable and something I look forward to. I think you have your hands full anyway with your cheese making and gardening! YOu actu ally get a return on your investment with those projects!

  7. I love all of it, especially your 'shabby chic' chest of drawers. Did you do that yourself? Thank you for leaving your sweet comment at mine. I really do appreciate it.

    1. No, I did not...I bought it at an antique store when I was still working and had some money! LOL! Now, I do my own refinishing and painting of everything! LOL!
