Blogmas Day #24 - Christmas Eve!!!

I got going this morning!  I made bread dough last night and baked it off this morning........
I did some laundry and then ran out to the highway and filled up the tank...just in case I need to make a fast getaway!
I started my Christmas Eve socks...............
It's sparkly yarn but you can't tell in these pictures...........its in the 60's F today so I went outside and sat in the sun and knit.  I'll be doing that tomorrow too along with a nice walk in the sunshine!  I defrosted the shrimp and made cocktail sauce and prepped the other snacks.  I'm making the soup now.
Last night Amy received body butter in her favorite fragrance and my hint was "Dirtie Birdie" and it was a travel hand sanitizer in the First Snow Fall fragrance and a little ceramic bird.............

Here's the joke for the day although I think it's brilliant!  I wish I would have thought of this when my kids were little! LOL!
When I was little I always wondered why no one made Jesus a birthday cake to celebrate his birthday?  Well, evidently I wasn't the only one that wondered about it...............Here's the link to them
Just in case you're in need of a "fast and furious" gift for someone....these ideas might fit the bill.....here's the link
Well, I'm off to check on the Santa Tracker and see how close the big guy is to the U.S.  This morning when I checked he was in Russia heading to Pakistan and he had already delivered like a zillion presents!  How he does it I'll never know but oh so glad he does!  I plan on having some eggnog, soup and homemade bread and Christmas cookies for dessert.  I'll be watching Christmas Eve services on t.v. later.  I wish you all the merriest and happiest of Christmas's!  Remember!  "He knows when you are sleeping and he knows when you're awake".....so I'll be hitting the hay early! LOL!  Or should I say "Ho Ho Ho"!
Happy Trails!!!

  1. Merry, Merry Christmas Sam! Last night when I checked the Santa tracker and then checked Alex's flight from Hong Kong to London, they were both over Russia in about the same place!!! This morning when he face-timed I asked if he had seen Santa's sleigh but he must have just missed it. Darn! :-)
We went to Christmas Eve service at church and then to Alicia and Jeremy's for appetizers afterwards. We so enjoyed both. Now we're home and getting ready for bed. Tomorrow Neal & Jenny are coming to have Christmas ham with us and then we're going to the movies! We've never done that before on Christmas but we're going to see the Mr. Rogers movie with Tom Hanks.
Take care and have a wonderful Christmas my dear friend.
    Blessings and love,
    Betsy

  2. That loaf of bread looks delicious, Sam. I hope it tasted just as good as it looks! I love that "Christmas Tip" - oh my goodness, can you just imagine the looks on the kids' faces?!? Only, I'm not sure they'd ever trust Mom and Dad again. But the picture is pretty priceless. I wish you a very happy Christmas, friend. Imagining you sitting outside knitting on Christmas day makes me smile. It may be almost that warm here, too, though. Maybe I'll join you!!! :)

  5. I was a HIV-AIDS patient and I got it from cheating on my wife. It was sort of a payback but a week later I was told by a friend that the person who I cheated with had the HIV-AIDS virus and did not tell me. I was so stupid by not using a condom I thought since he was an old school friend he was trustworthy. But I was wrong. I cried and cried. Two days later, I got a phone call from my friend and he told me about a person who is known by another friend, who can help me. I could not let my wife know what I was going through. I finally got his email address: oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com and I emailed this man my story and he replied me immediately saying i should be calm and told me that everything will be OK. I could not come to terms with what I was hearing but then I concluded it did not matter because I was so broken I just needed help. I was going out of my mind literally. I was confused with what he was telling me, but I listened. He told me about some materials i need to buy that he needed to cast the spell and I said OK. I bought the materials to him, I sent down my picture to him and my positive result sheet and he replied me that i am going to be negative under 3days. I message Him every 2hours for 2day and I knew he thought that I was crazy but I did care I needed a shoulder. Behold, the third day he messaged me i should go for a test that i will be negative. My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it. I was given a second chance in life. This man is a great spiritual HIV/AIDS healer, his healing spell on aids healing is very powerful .please brothers and sister, contact Dr Ose oseremenspelltemple@gmail.com
