Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!

I watched some parades on You Tube from New York, Chicago and Dublin!  Not all were from this year.  I also watched QVC for awhile with their Irish friends and goods from Ireland.  I'm cooking my corned beef and there will be cabbage, potatoes, carrots and turnips to go with it.  I hope you had a wonderful day whether you celebrate or not.
Happy Trails!

  1. I can't eat cabbage so I made an old fashioned pot roast with all of the trimmings. It was delicious. Glad you've had a good day.
    Blessings,

    1. Glad you liked it! This week since I finished When Calls The Heart (another Canadian author) well...it's not really finished but I watched up to and including Season 3...Season 4 is on Hallmark which I don't get so I'll have to wait until it comes on Netflix. I am watching (on You Tube)Rosemary and Thyme which you would like as they are landscape and gardening gals in the U.K. and they are mysteries but there's quite a bit of gardening lore in there too.
My dinner was great and I 'rolled' into bed! LOL!

    2. Thanks! I just looked that show up, and I subscribed to the channel. When my boyfriend is working late into the night, I always watch reruns of British comedies, so a drama would be nice, especially if it's got mystery AND gardening!!

  4. That sounds good too! I need to buy a couple more corned beef to freeze as this is the only time of year you can get them around here.
